The Utah concealed carry permit is one of the fastest and most economical permits that you can acquire.

Why the Utah non-resident permit?

-Utah is "shall issue" rather than "may issue". Which means that, unless you have a disqualifier on your record, they must issue you a permit.

-Utah will issue a permit to those that are NOT residents of the state of Utah.

-The Utah permit is honored in 29 states!

-The training is approximately 4 hours in length. New course length mandated by Utah BCI

-Utah has 60 days in which to approve or deny your permit request.

Where is the course held?

At the present time this course is held in Sacramento, San Jose and Orange each month.

What do I need to bring to class?

A willingness to learn . I will provide a class syllabus, annotated laws, applications and fingerprint cards.
